Pickup
Most purchases are collected in the Savannah area. The pickup address and time window are shown on each sale and repeated in your order confirmation. Please bring your order number. Large pieces may need two people and a suitable vehicle; we are not able to load items for you unless we say so.
Items not collected within the pickup window may be treated as abandoned and re-sold without refund, unless you arranged another time with us in advance.
Shipping
Shipping is offered only on items where it is shown before you buy. The cost is fixed on the item. We pack carefully and ship within a few business days of payment, and email you tracking details.
Sending someone else
You may send someone to collect for you. Please email us their name in advance.
