Terms of Sale

These terms apply to everything you buy from Selistin Estate Sale online, whether at a fixed price in our shop or by winning an online auction. By placing an order or a bid you agree to them.
Condition of items
Our pieces come from estates and are previously owned. They are sold as is. We describe and photograph each piece as carefully as we can, including any wear or damage we notice, but we are not experts in every field and cannot guarantee age, origin, maker or authenticity unless we say so in writing. Measurements are approximate. Please ask us before you buy if anything matters to you.
Prices, tax and fees
- Prices are in US dollars.
- Georgia sales tax (currently 7% in Savannah / Chatham County) is added at checkout.
- Auction purchases also carry a buyer's premium, shown on each auction before you bid. Sales tax applies to the premium as well.
- Shipping, where offered, is quoted on the item before you buy.
Payment
Shop orders are paid at checkout. Auction invoices must be paid within the time shown on your invoice (usually 24 hours after the auction ends). Unpaid items may be offered to another buyer, and accounts with unpaid invoices may be blocked from bidding or buying.
Pickup and shipping
Most items are collected in the Savannah area at the time and place shown on your order. Please see our Pickup & Shipping policy for details. Items not collected in time may be treated as abandoned.
Returns
All sales are final except as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site, bid without intending to pay, or do not pay for purchases.
